  • Funding Fee and Property taxes waived for exempt persons

 

USDA LOANS

USDA loans are primarily used to help low-income individuals or households purchase homes in rural areas.

  • 0% down payment

  • Seller can credit up to 6% toward closing costs

 

RENOVATION LOAN

Renovation loans allow financing for the purchase price as well as the cost of repairing or renovating the home all in one mortgage loan.

  • HomeStyle (Conforming) with a 5% down payment with a 620+ score

  • FHA 203K (Standard & Limited) with 3.5% down with a 580+ score

  • VA Renovation with 0% down and a 620+ score

  • USDA Renovation with 0% down with a 640+ score

 

JUMBO LOAN (NON-CONFORMING)

The Jumbo Loan Program offers multiple options for those looking to finance higher-value properties.

CONSTRUCTION LOAN

INVESTOR LOANS

Unsecured personal loans are one type of emergency loan that can be far less expensive and safer than other types, like payday loans or cash advances. Borrowers with bad credit (300 to 629 FICO) may qualify, and many lenders fund loans the same day you apply.
